Project manager for the Experience Innovation Program Management is currently brewing.

•  You will provide project management assistance on the Experience Innovation Program Management Team for the development and delivery of Drive Thru Formats.

 You will be acting in your capacity as project manager.

•  You will be in charge of creating and overseeing various project schedules for the creation, introduction, and instruction of new formats. This is advantageous to the business because it enables regional partners to introduce new and enhanced drive-through formats.
•  As cross-functional teams develop and implement new Drive Thru Formats, support them. The creation, distribution, and training of program documents that support Drive Thru formats will be made simpler by working cross-functionally.
•  Leading others requires the ability to nimbly adjust to changing priorities. As business needs change, you will feel at ease handling shifting priorities.
•  Be a part of a team that works hard and cooperatively while upholding Starbucks’ core values, and have the ability to advance the company.

Project management experience spanning more than two years, including all facets of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources, and communications.

•  3 years of project management experience, either of large or numerous smaller ones.
•  More than two years of creating and managing teams.
