Full Job Description

The goal of the User Experience (UX) team is to improve the user experience by integrating research, insights and content strategy into the product cycle. As a UX analyst, you will work closely with the product team during the design process to identify research opportunities, select appropriate methods, conduct research, and analyze and present findings. Your application should include both qualitative and quantitative methods, such as expert opinion, user testing, and research analysis, as well as experimentation, evaluation, and A/B testing. Experience with log analysis or statistical analysis is a plus. As a partner of the product design team, you should have strong communication skills, drawing on your design experience to explain and sometimes make suggestions in research reports.
