We are seeking a Specialist to join our EMEA team in London to support and manage a variety of review use cases within our internal post-production and exhibition facilities.

An industry subject matter expert in post-production imaging and sound who also demonstrates a strong command of the science, technology, art, and technique related to the fundamental principles of the respective fields is the ideal applicant. We are seeking a self-starting strategic thinker who is able to manage projects and initiatives independently and collaborate with coworkers and partners across functional boundaries.

 You’ll aid the team in charge of screening.
  •  Provide top-notch client and talent assistance in Netflix-owned facilities, including for directors, DOPs, showrunners, etc.
  •  Conduct technical and creative reviews, such as sound mix and color grade reviews, and facilitate them.

 Qualifications.
  •  a history of working as a tech support person for a production, broadcaster, or post-production facility.
  •  an in-depth knowledge of digital audio and video file formats, preferably with IMF, Dolby Atmos, HDR, and Dolby Vision experience.
  •  an understanding of production and post-production tools like ProTools, DaVinci Resolve, and Colorfront Transkoder at the operator level.
  •  experience working both synchronously and asynchronously with review collaboration and streaming solutions.
  •  a working knowledge of data, video, and audio communications protocols.
  •  an understanding of display calibration, preferably using CalMAN or a comparable piece of software.
  •  Being familiar with Shotgun, Avid Media Composer, Clipster, Baselight, or MTI Cortex would be advantageous.
  •  proficiency in English for business purposes.
