•  Managing large-scale services and systems is the responsibility of Google’s Systems Development Engineering (SDE) team.  Responsibilities.

•  Manage the systems in the domain, participate in activities that require being on call, and work with the primary responders to fix system issues.
•  In accordance with the team’s established service-level objectives (SLOs), respond to tickets and bugs, troubleshoot technical problems, evaluate technical data, and develop recommendations for systems and services within the domain, as well as contribute to systems and services in related domains by filing bug reports and seeking advice.
