Brief Description of the Position:.
- To be eligible for this position, you must work four days per week.
- You will aid the team’s efforts in all EMEA business lines as a member of the corporate tax compliance, transfer pricing, and controversy team. You will support the Manager, EMEA Corporate Tax in delivering the EMEA compliance process and helping with operational transfer pricing reviews, transfer pricing documentation, tax audits, and other as-needed EMEA tax projects.

- Assume responsibility for EMEA-wide tax compliance, assisting with coordination between internal finance teams and outside service providers to make sure all tax filings are finished on time.
- Aid in gathering and preparing the required withholding tax documentation across EMEA.
- assist with tax authority inquiries throughout EMEA in collaboration with other EMEA tax team members.
- aid in assembling data from across EMEA to satisfy US and group tax compliance requirements, particularly FIN48 reporting.
- reviewing the compliance procedures on a regular basis, making suggestions, and putting them into action.
- Keep meticulous, accurate records and files for taxes.
- To be able to offer pertinent and accurate tax advice, one must be aware of local business operations and changes.
Pricing Transfer.
- Help gather data for the creation of local country transfer pricing documentation in collaboration with outside advisers and local controllers.
- Support the accounting teams’ quarterly and annual intercompany recharge calculations as they are reviewed for operational transfer pricing.
- Prepare, compile, and store intercompany agreements; support intercompany recharges as needed by regional markets.
Ad-hoc tasks.
- assisting the EMEA and US tax teams as well as the larger finance and controllership teams with any ad-hoc tasks and projects, such as those brought on by changes in the business, organizational restructurings, new laws, etc.
The Qualifications We Demand of You.
- ACA/CTA-qualified or an equivalent.
- experience with corporate tax compliance in the UK or another pertinent EMEA country.

- Prioritize various tasks and work streams while managing the workload under pressure.
