Full Job Description
This position is a full-time, hourly role focused on gathering market research by interviewing guests on a variety of topics across Walt Disney World properties. Cast members must have a high level of scrutiny when completing assigned tasks. The cast member must be comfortable approaching guests and handling inquiries. The job requires carrying equipment, walking and standing for long periods of time. The information obtained is highly confidential and helps Walt Disney Company managers in their decision making process.
Research Expert I will serve as the voice for our guests and cast. Through the collection and analysis of quality data, we will provide our customers with unbiased information that will enable our business to continue to grow.
Functions:
Able to work in a limited environment
Standing upright is good for long periods of time and traveling between places
Material transportation, and the large and long movement of the remaining paper materials
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strict rules of the English language
