The Payroll Analyst will be in charge of keeping an eye on a number of payrolls to ensure that employees receive accurate payments on time and that the Company abides by its legal obligations. This position will coordinate relationships between Disney internal partners and outside payroll providers to ensure prompt and accurate payroll processing.
They will support EMEA payrolls from a centralized time and payroll HUB to make sure the Company satisfies all statutory, payroll-related obligations for the supported legal entities.
For this position, you are required to be on-site four days per week.

The Potentialities and Duties:.

To ensure that all information pertaining to fixed and variable payroll is gathered from various sources and entered into the systems of Payroll Vendors via an upload template process, e. g. new hires, variable pay, and so forth. either directly or via local third-party payroll service providers, and input precise, up-to-date data.
amass payroll information, e. g. a move in procedure. SOP, policies, and procedures from pertinent legal entities to encourage knowledge sharing about payroll.
Give your approval for periodicity reports to be given to the company’s management, local officials, and other recipients. Answer all questions regarding assigned payrolls from parties, including both employees and legal entities, in a professional and timely manner.
Calculate backdated and part-month payments manually as well as perform and validate manual calculations for manual/out-of-cycle payments. Furthermore, this person will review and give their approval for the precision and thoroughness of payroll calculation outputs from payroll vendors.
to ensure the processing of statutory forms occurs within the required time frames.
Make sure payroll procedures are kept up to date, search for efficiencies, and make constant advancements. Additionally, you can support general projects and more thorough payroll audits.
The payroll general ledger journal is examined, approved, and uploaded each month.
the variance reports should be examined alongside other monthly controls.
Check for efficiency and ongoing improvements, and make sure payroll procedures are kept up to date.

Experience is required.

extensive experience supporting various legal entities by collaborating with many payroll service providers.
In the past, a matrix organization processed payrolls.
experience in reviewing and developing payroll policies and procedures.
outstanding practical understanding of employee taxes.
a dedicated team member with superior analytical and numeracy skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency (VLookups and Pivots).
