Full Job Description

We are seeking a UK Payroll Analyst to join the EMEA Payroll team so they can help the Payroll Manager manage the UK payroll efficiently.

You will represent the UK payroll team internally and act as the point of contact for the payroll specialists who are a part of the regionally centralized EMEA payroll HUB. For the UK Payroll entities, you will act as the technical point of contact for SAP problems and new requests. You will also be in charge of making sure the Company complies with all statutory payroll-related requirements for the supported legal entities.

Processing UK SAP payroll ensures that employees receive accurate pay on the scheduled pay dates, guaranteeing that the business abides by its contractual obligations.
All SAP-related questions, issues, and requests should be escalated. You should also conduct any necessary testing.
The outputs of the payroll calculation must be examined by the payroll vendor for accuracy and completeness before being approved.
to ensure timely completion of Post Payroll Activities and accurate entry of Payroll Activity into SAP GL.
The post-exit stage should be used to finalize all UK monthly payrolls and produce BACS.
By coordinating with the Payroll team members, make sure that all SAP Payroll inputs are loaded before payroll processing.

to precisely calculate and disburse SMP, SSP, SPP, and SAP statutory payments in accordance with HMRC regulations and business policy.

Determine the origin of all deviations that exceed the specified material limit by examining the variance report.
