The Contract Management Center (CMC) is in charge of directing the entire contract administration procedure for licensing of consumer goods, video games, and publishing across Disney, Marvel, LucasFilm, National Geographic, and 20th Century in EMEA. For the CPGP division, CMC not only creates and maintains regular business metrics, but also oversees a number of significant operational projects.
Working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders (i. e. The entire lifecycle for merchandise and publishing agreements will be managed by (the contract and business analyst). e. Category Managers, Finance, and Legal) also provide guidance and counsel regarding licensing policies and procedures and draft all contracts, amendments, and other legal documents. You will participate in operational and process projects—and on occasion, take the initiative—train internal stakeholders, and perform user acceptance testing on all of our licensing systems.
For this position, you must be available four days per week.

checking all contract requests (new business and renewals) for compliance with policy and data accuracy. We are responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle in our internal contracts system to ensure that our pipeline is efficient and moving forward.
drafting and distributing all other legal documents, such as contracts and amendments (i. e. , payment schedules, letters requesting transfer, and letters of termination). developing specific contract language in cooperation with our legal department.
Digital copies of fully executed contracts are kept, along with any correspondence that is relevant to the contractual process.
Serving as the meeting’s host and coordinator for our internal EMEA stakeholders. answering various license-related inquiries.
being in charge of timely and accurate written updates via our internal system, Fusion, on all active contracts and tasks.
preparing routine status reports on the contract lifecycle and communicating important business deadlines.
taking part in internal stakeholder communication programs and team-wide training sessions to advance business-wide licensing knowledge.
collaborating with the revenue accounting team to ensure quick revenue recognition and issue resolution.
CPGP’s systems, operations, and processes will be improved by supporting and taking part in departmental and business projects.
English, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, German, and French contract templates can be created and maintained.

Both verbal and written English communication skills must be of the highest caliber.
prior employment history in a position involving contracting/licensing, finance, or customer service.
knowledge of licensing contracts.
understanding of business systems in practice i. e. handling contracts.
a working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
It is very advantageous to be fluent in one or more of the main European languages.
knowledge of effective stakeholder management.
A college degree is preferred, or its equivalent.
