The company will be able to fulfill its contractual obligations if it can guarantee that employees receive accurate compensation on the scheduled pay dates. Multiple payrolls will be managed by the payroll analyst. This position will coordinate interactions between Disney internal partners and outside payroll service providers to guarantee prompt and accurate payroll processing.
They will support EMEA payrolls from a centralized time and payroll HUB to make sure the Company satisfies all statutory, payroll-related obligations for the supported legal entities.
This job requires you to be on-site four days a week.

The Potentialities and Duties:.

To ensure that all data pertaining to fixed and variable payroll is gathered from different sources and entered into Payroll vendor systems via upload template process, e. g. start and end times, variable pay, etc. either directly or through local third-party payroll providers, and input promptly and correctly.
Payroll-related information, e. g. Processes are dynamic. The knowledge of payroll is transferred using SOPs, policies, and procedures from pertinent legal entities.
Approving periodicity reports for distribution to the company’s management, local officials, and other recipients. Answer all assigned payroll-related inquiries from parties, including workers and legal entities, in a professional and timely manner.
Calculate manual/out-of-cycle payments as well as manually calculate and validate backdated and partial-month payments as necessary. This person will also check for accuracy and completeness in the outputs of payroll calculations made by payroll vendors.
to ensure that statutory forms are processed within the required time frames.
Make sure payroll procedures are kept up to date, search for efficiencies, and make constant advancements. Additionally, you can support general projects and more thorough payroll audits.
The general ledger journal for payroll is examined, approved, and uploaded each month.
to evaluate the variance reports along with other monthly controls.
Make sure payroll processes are kept current and look for ways to make them better.

Needed knowledge:.

extensive knowledge of working with various payroll vendors to support various legal entities.
Previously, a matrix organization processed payrolls in a sizable amount.
a track record of reviewing and creating payroll policies and procedures.
practical knowledge of employee taxes.
a conscientious team player with strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Advanced Excel skills include things like pivots and VLookups.
Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.
