The payroll auditor will be responsible for managing multiple payrolls to ensure that employees receive the correct wages on the published payday, ensuring that the company fulfills its contractual obligations. This role will coordinate the relationship between third party payroll providers and internal Disney partners to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

They will support the EMEA payments through the middle period and the payment company ensures that the company fulfills the legal obligations related to payments for legal entities. This role will require you to be on site 4 days a week.

Opportunities and Services:

To ensure that all salary and variable related data is captured from multiple sources and entered into the payroll system through an upload template system, e.g. starters, dropouts, variable wages, etc. and hold fair and timely, either directly or through other local pay providers

Collect payment information, eg. process flow. SOPs, policies and procedures of the law firm are necessary to facilitate the transfer of knowledge of the work

Prepare timely reports for company management, city leaders and other recipients and resolve all issues related to compensation of employees and legal entities in a professional and timely manner or escalated if applicable.

Create and maintain manual calculations for check and back payments if necessary, and calculate manual/off-cycle fees. This person will review and confirm the completeness and accuracy of vendor payroll calculations.

Ensure that legal forms are processed in a timely manner. Ensure payroll systems are kept up-to-date and monitor performance and continuous improvement, including assisting with and supporting comprehensive payroll audits and general operations.

Required Experience:

EMEA Payroll experience is essential

Extensive experience with multiple billing vendors supporting a variety of law firms

Higher wages are initially arranged in a matrix company

Demonstrated experience in reviewing and developing payment systems and policies

Good working knowledge of employee tax

Team player with great attention to detail and good analytical and quantitative skills

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot and VLookups)

Expert in time management and prioritizing responsibilities
