The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) is responsible for providing top-notch customer service by motivating and overseeing a team of frontline specialists (60–70 employees) and Brand Advisors (BA). The ideal candidate must be approachable, flexible, and visible in addition to having the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams. This position will be under the direction of the Engagement Center Manager (ECM).
