This position is essential to the transformation of Reservations and will contribute to the realization of that vision by implementing new corporate initiatives in our engagement centers.

 Your primary duties and what you’ll be doing to help us continue our ascent are as follows:.

A plan will be developed by the Senior Analyst – Reservations Planning and Network Operations to make the most of investments in new technology, streamlining processes and better meeting the needs of our customers. Initiations for long-term business streamlining and supply planning will be developed with assistance from the senior analyst. Candidates who are hired will have a keen understanding of the customer and employee experience, be inventive problem solvers, be proactive, and be able to predict change.

  •  By investing in new voice and workforce management systems, you can increase operational effectiveness by using business acumen and strategic thinking.
  •  performs duties such as serving as a point of contact and subject matter expert (SME) for Resource Planning with regard to Reservations leadership and various stakeholders, such as Finance and Human Resources; performing duties such as developing staffing models using resource planning software and statistical analysis software; and performing duties such as acting as Resource Planning’s SME for all matters relating to staffing and staffing software.
  •  Working cross-divisionally, give reservations feedback on how strategic and network decisions about staffing will affect operations.
  •  builds specialized models in an effort to respond to ad-hoc requests with the best possible staffing solution.
  •  acts as a point of contact for technology vendors and produces customized reports and analyses as required.
  •  investigates monthly staffing variations for the front line in comparison to the operating plan by developing reporting.
