Responsible for maintaining technical understanding of issues related to customer product lines and planning and supporting retention and restructuring plans.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance or related field is required.
  • 5+ years of technical experience/knowledge in Aerospace, Airline or MRO industry specifically Delta Technical Operations required. • Proven track record in customer service and interpersonal development.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget planning and execution is essential. • Experience in lean, six sigma or other process improvement methodologies preferred.
  • Expertise in analysis and problem solving required. • Project management capabilities to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization. • Must be highly skilled in written and oral communication and able to create concise and relevant documents and presentations for clients and senior management.
  • Ability to manage and execute multiple priorities in a timely manner. • Organized travel requires 25% – 30% per year.
  • Advanced computer skills (eg. shows and magazines).
