OBJECTIVE

As an Elite Service Partner, you will join a service-oriented team focused on listening, caring and connecting with customers, with a focus on our Diamond Elite company. In this role, you will respond to calls efficiently, effectively and accurately, while analyzing customer needs and recommending solutions and other products. The right candidate will demonstrate a desire to make our customer journeys not only high quality but memorable. Delta Vacations is one of the largest travel retailers in the United States and is a subsidiary of Delta Air Lines. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home, including 11 weeks of paid virtual training. Starting pay is $14.25 per hour, with opportunities for career advancement and compensation. Salary may be increased to $15.00 per hour based on performance and attendance after six months of continuous employment from date of employment. In addition, we are pleased to offer a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental and vision insurance options. Elite Service Associates connect customers over the phone and create an experience where customers know they’ve been heard, understood, felt valued and needed. This is accomplished by:

Inform customers about DLV’s products, services, policies and procedures. Elite Service Associates demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, a professional attitude, excellent reliability, the ability to handle stressful situations, have strong computer skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment and the ability to learn and act quickly . At Delta Vacations, we are committed to providing you with the tools and resources necessary to succeed in your career, as well as a supportive work environment that leads to a healthy and enjoyable work life. Successful applicants will participate in virtual training that includes lectures, evaluations, tests and performance metrics. Training for new employees will take place Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST and will begin on June 12, 2023. After the training, you will work your permanent shift which can be evenings and weekends. When you work from home, a good setup is required including a quiet environment and a high speed internet connection. What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

Be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency, and clearance to work in the United States. Willing to work full-time (Delta Vacations does not offer part-time schedules).
Ability to use multiple functions and ability to understand multiple products. Computer literate and comfortable with navigating web and aircraft specific software, email and the Internet.
Enjoy high speed internet with connection speed of 10 MBPS download and 25 MBPS upload. Present words clearly, fluently and effectively in speech and writing using appropriate grammar, intonation and pronunciation.
Demonstrated reliability and tenacity by maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation and goal achievement. Successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
