Who is the person we’re looking for?

We need a CRM Specialist to develop and maintain our CRM ecosystem. We are seeking a self-starter with an adventurous spirit who is willing to “get their hands dirty” in a start-up environment and who can optimize delivery in relation to both short- and long-term goals. In this role, you will have the chance to work with the business team to redesign the user experience. To support our rapidly expanding international Commercial teams, you’ll be in charge of launching additional low-code/no-code solutions, primarily AWS but not exclusively. The duties of this role also include ongoing support and continual product improvement.

Responsibilities of a job.

Work with product owners to deliver tailored Salesforce (and non-Salesforce) solutions that meet business needs, deliver a fantastic user experience, and produce substantial business value.
Provide system-to-system integration support for the native Salesforce eco system as well as for AWS applications and other third-party products.
Become familiar with Amazon’s internal tools and the AWS technology that is already there.
Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, design, development, and implementation of applications with the required integrating and customizing.
Put security, compliance, and data integrity as a priority by creating creative solutions.
Conduct research to find opportunities for SFDC/AWS best practices to increase system scaling, monitoring, and productivity.
Keep an eye out for urgent requests, respond to them, and decide what steps to take next to fix the issue after conducting an analysis and setting priorities.
Practical configuration of new and current Salesforce.com features, such as user management, roles/profiles, permission sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflow rules, email templates, Flows, Lightning Pages, custom metadata types, and custom settings.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS.

possessing hands-on experience configuring and developing no/low-code SaaS solutions, including automation, custom configuration, and security model configuration.
knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
utilizing design expertise and architecture (architecture, design patterns, dependability, scaling).
familiarity with the execution of complex flows.

PERFECT QUALIFICATIONS.

Experience-based contributions in architecture, design patterns, dependability, and scaling.
Understanding of ETL, third-party integration tools, SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs, as well as AWS Appflow, when integrating Salesforce with other applications.
