 A Partner Contact Center representative will be assigned to you.

• Respond to questions about pay, benefits, and human resource policies in a high call volume, high speed environment.
• Use a range of systems for investigation, diagnosis, and problem-solving.
• Identify and recommend operational improvements that increase the department’s effectiveness and caliber.

• One year of experience researching, analyzing, and solving problems in a quick-paced environment.

 Case management experience of at least a year is preferred.

• Education or experience in human resources for one year is preferred.
