A brief description of the position.

The associate director of clinical project management, a specialized research professional, is in charge of managing the leadership, operational, and relationship aspects of clinical trial activities. The Associate Director of Clinical Project Management will work closely with the Director of Project Management and other leaders to develop and implement procedures for efficient project delivery, participate in the development and management of study budgets, evaluate project risks and mitigation strategies, and ensure consistent project delivery across the portfolio.

•  Take charge of negotiating study agreements, budgets, and outside vendors while working with legal staff to implement site and customer confidentiality agreements.

 Fundamental prerequisites.

•  a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of experience in the clinical research field, with at least three of those years spent in a leadership position in clinical operations or clinical project management.

•  a thorough knowledge of HIPAA, US CFR, and ICHGCP regulations.
