•  The AppleCare Instructional Designer works with business partners to determine the training needs and create instructor-led, web-based, and virtual training programs using cutting-edge tools and innovative approaches. Together with stakeholders from across Apple, you will become knowledgeable about new products, anticipate potential contact drivers, and determine the best way to inform advisors. You will work with partners to determine the training needs by using Bloom’s Taxonomy to create learning objectives. For the students you are trying to reach, you will design practical exercises. You will need to work closely with subject matter experts to develop, update, and maintain training materials. You will also be expected to assist in question vetting, updating, and the development of legitimate assessment questions that are related to learning objectives.
