Description.

You are the business expert who introduces business customers to Apple solutions, technology, and services. On the sales floor, you spend time conversing with prospective and current business clients to understand their needs. You generate new leads and build connections by speaking with people on the phone or at in-store workshops and events. You can identify customer needs through briefings, and you can then work with the business team to develop and present proposals. To develop the best solutions for clients with more complex needs, you work closely with the entire business team. In the end, you inform customers and give them a variety of sales support options. By urging clients to think about using Apple technology in their businesses, you support the success of your group and those of our clients.
