The AppleCare Engineering and Software & Services team is looking for an analyst to identify trends in our products and services. In this project, you will analyze customer contact issues and determine how best to compile data into reports for contact management in AppleCare Engineering. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and able to use critical thinking to solve problems and find solutions in iOS, macOS, iCloud, and branded Apple applications.

The right to head

You will have a strong technical background in iOS, macOS and related technologies
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in technical support roles and contact centers
Expertise in creating reports in Excel and creating presentations in Keynote
Social power
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Ability to travel as needed

Explanation:

Analyze data to create advertising reports on various products. Review data for technical accuracy and consistency. Write and submit reports to AppleCare Engineering. Recommends improved contact points for improving data quality. Academic experience
