Explanation:

As a Technical Specialist, you help new owners get started and current owners get quick, efficient support by building a strong relationship with Apple. When a customer needs help, you quickly assess their situation. Sometimes you deal with customers with advice or visual solutions, using your knowledge of current Apple technology to help with iPod, iPhone and iPad devices. Other times, you refer customers to support team members who get them back and running. You even offer personal training to new clients, helping them learn the skills they need to get started in photography, video and music projects. All store teams benefit from your contribution to provide the best customer care. By helping Apple maintain strong relationships with its customers, you contribute to our success.
