This position is for a System Operations Manager. In this role, the PM will independently lead a number of complex operating systems projects that may span systems, geographies and functions within the Apple service organization. This scope of work will include all training related to supply chain and/or service channel systems. This is a business transformation project that focuses on delivering software and business processes to support Apple’s Supply Chain & Channel team. This position will also provide valuable learning experiences from which one can grow into various management roles at Apple.

The right to head

Chain and/or channel operational experience (4-5 years)
Experience in managing and leading operational business operations
Experience gathering and documenting work requirements for systems or organizational functions
Experience in developing and delivering performance appraisals to executives
Ability to configure the installation process
Strong leadership skills
Experience using supply chain systems such as SAP, APO, Agile, Oracle or 09 is an asset.
The implementation of a Supply Chain or channel software solution is valuable
Process experience related to forecasting, planning, inventory management, warehousing and/or channel management would be considered an asset.
Consulting experience would also be an asset

Explanation:

– lead various software and/or project related operations planning, strategy and execution that will enable Applecare Operations to perform optimal supply chain and channel maintenance models.

– Act as a service liaison with other teams within Apple to support major system or system upgrades (eg. Inventory Management, Finance, Business Process, IS&T, Business Dev, etc.)

-Working closely with internal managers within the project to deliver projects

– Analyze the root causes of operational problems to identify weaknesses and implement corrective actions

– Conduct training on new systems and procedures within AppleCare

-Write business requirements document (requirement process) for system and business development

– Create and present effective presentations to management

– Monitor and organize daily work processes to improve productivity

-Works closely with the internal process management team to ensure appropriate coordination of efforts with the business team

– Manage projects from the cradle to the grave, providing value for money and ROI analysis, as well as the level of activity in the business.

-Assist with scalability requirements for AppleCare organization performance

-Determine new ways to increase customer satisfaction

-Help identify the right device for one of the AppleCare products and channels

-Manage a project to compile and update all process documentation for AppleCare applications and channels
