•  To help the AppleCare Global Ops Finance team, Apple’s WW Operations Finance team needs a FPandA Analyst. This organization serves as AppleCare’s primary global financial partner for both goods and services.

 Important Conditions.

•  6+ years of relevant experience in a high-end organization in finance or a field closely related to it; knowledge of FP&A is a plus.
•  a track record of using financial knowledge to inform strategic choices.
•  Experience with standard end-to-end financial processes such as forecast, close, analysis, and reporting.
•  competent in using fundamental accounting principles.
•  Excel proficiency and familiarity with data analytics/visualization software (e. g. Tableau) and enterprise software programs (e. g. Business Objects and SAP are highly advised.
•  strong communication skills—both verbally and in writing—as well as the capacity to clearly convey results.
•  a track record of successfully influencing and forming bonds with business associates.

 Description.

•  To evaluate and record AppleCare’s overall performance, the team works closely with cross-functional teams throughout Apple. For important business lines, end-to-end forecast management includes a financial close and performance updates to AppleCare leadership. The selected candidate will be expected to support ongoing and new AppleCare Finance initiatives as well as create forecasts, regular reporting, and ad hoc analyses for crucial AppleCare business operations.

 Knowing and Doing.

•  a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field of study; an MBA or CFA designation would be advantageous.

 Compensation and benefits.
