As part of our team, the Product Manager / Senior Product Manager will be an expert on our customers and competitors and work closely with Blue Box friends to bring the best experience and products to market. - How can you make an impact on this project? Develop go-to-market and marketing strategies to drive customer revenue and growth worldwide.
- Research new products and partners including pricing, financing, risk, customer service and other teams
- Define and analyze success metrics to inform the way forward on the platform
- Interacts with external partners and Amex global teams (field, marketing, partnerships, internal product teams) to bring products and promotions to market.
- Provide key project updates and strategic plans for management. Assist in design of deck, reporting and project mapping. The ability to create pivot tables and extract data from Excel to help make data-based decisions and accelerate productivity.
- Document requirements, customer journey and business value to support process design to promote virtual payment products
- Work continuously with product development, product owners, and technology to deliver capabilities
- Assistance with go-to-market activities such as endorsements and news releases
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in product development or product management
- Experience leading multi-year projects with large data sets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide opportunities for the team on project progress and potential risks
- Experience working directly with customers or external partners – managing communications, prospects and being the external “face” of a team, with exceptional attention to detail and expertise.
- A problem solver with a proven track record of removing obstacles and finding alternatives
- An innovative, data-driven problem solver who can understand the customer journey and provide recommendations to meet customer needs in a dynamic and powerful way.
