As part of the Employee Experience Organization, the Personnel and Labor Relations (CLR) focuses on providing advice and support to colleagues and managers to solve workplace problems, develop and define standards, and help manage behavior. and employee performance. Our mission is to promote a more efficient and consistent user experience, facilitate business, and provide the best possible service and employee relations.

Provide business leaders with comprehensive professional advice on a wide range of CLR cases covering all aspects of the employment relationship. Understand, interpret, and analyze changes in employment law to develop ongoing strategies while maintaining compliance. Conducts ongoing research and benchmarking programs to ensure outstanding CLR performance! Provide training to support leadership development on key CLR topics. Ensure proper use of the CLR gateway system to record, update and maintain specific case files and complete ad hoc CLR tasks. Collaborates effectively with the Global Colleague & Labor Relations team, business leaders, General Counsel Office, CEG staff, and third party vendors, including health and safety and occupational health. Communicate effectively with CLR colleagues in other areas on issues affecting their line of business

Minimum Qualifications:

Significant experience handling labor relations issues in large matrix organizations – including warnings, grievances, performance, absenteeism, health, job changes, layoffs, contract changes, etc.
Professional application/interpretation of UK law and all HR policies and procedures – including the ability to review potential local applications.
Ability to communicate effectively and quickly build trust with leaders
Social skills and the ability to act
Strong organizational/leadership skills
The ability to focus on both the details and the broad aspects of a speech
The ability to assess the preparedness of an individual or organization to deal with emergency-related issues
Excellent written and communication skills
Project management skills
Ability to work in a team and contribute to a strong and cohesive team environment
Presentation skills are strong
CIPD/HR or law degree or similar experience is desirable
HR experience in markets outside the UK is highly desirable
Fluency in a language other than English is a plus (especially Spanish)
