- How can you make an impact on this project? This role includes interacting with internal customers and other parties (Registrar / Sales Managers / Customers, etc.) and solving their queries via email / call.
- Must have knowledge of KYC. Work on day-to-day inventory related to customer service and inbox management to ensure all inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Create cases with the necessary tools, maintenance of players and files for the team
- Look for gaps and recommend solutions to close them.
- Always manage large projects with precision and efficiency while meeting deadlines. Monitor daily volumes and communicate with internal and external customers (underwriters / sales managers / customers, etc.) via email/calls to reduce volume.
- Perform necessary duties to ensure all customers are paid
- Focus on customer requirements, productivity and performance to ensure SLAs are met
- Contribute to team goals by managing individual productivity and positive goals.
- Take ownership of email/problems and resolve customer expectations to enhance the relationship and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
