Important roles and responsibilities:

• Scan our automated fraud detection tool for “card not present” transactions.

• Maintains or exceeds established standards for customer service, and resolves difficult issues without supervision or direction.

• Create additional research to support the purchase.

• Conduct a follow-up investigation of fraudulent transactions.

• Collaborate with peers and leaders by sharing strategic ideas and sharing ideas and information. English language is required. Employment assistance with American Express is conditional upon passing a background check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Demonstrated ability to deliver results and a professional attitude

• Excellent research skills

• Strong desire to build a career in the craft industry

• Previous experience in e-commerce prevention, auditing or fraud prevention is a plus

• Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative, conduct thorough research and demonstrate professional persistence.

• Must have strong internet research skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

• Demonstrated experience and/or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Must be able to work afternoons or mornings, including weekends, non-working hours and statutory holidays.
