In order to increase revenue, deepen customer engagement, and increase member value, new card products, benefit programs, lending, and commerce initiatives must be developed. The Global Accounts Receivables team, a part of the Enterprise Platforms Center of Excellence (COE), is essential to this process. In addition to accelerating time to market and modernizing augmented reality, the team is in charge of producing products and software that support business growth. The group is also in charge of enhancing the customer experience through the development and improvement of AR capabilities.

The Global AR Software Product Management team is looking for a talented and driven software Product Owner to help us in developing our next generation of technological assets as well as to lead the transformation of Account Receivable capabilities for the Core Card Platforms. In this role, you will be a part of a team that is in charge of driving the vision and execution from requirement gathering through implementation and optimization. You will collaborate with business partners and leaders to develop and translate the vision for a software product in addition to managing designers and engineers to deliver user experiences, operational processes, and supporting technological assets.

 The principal duties are as follows:.
  •  When deciding what sequence to develop the software product in, prioritize business objectives.
  •  Make sure that owned platforms and software product/capability areas are well-managed and have a clear roadmap in place to hasten market entry, reduce operational risk, and generate revenue.
  •  Using the software product roadmap, develop iterations of the minimum viable product.
  •  Clearly define the features and user stories that will be accepted.
  •  Utilizing your connections with SMEs to keep development up to date, quickly develop your expertise in the problem area.
  •  Recognize and incorporate current trends and best practices from the industry into requirements and user stories.
  •  When necessary, work together with international peers in AR to advance platform adoption.
  •  By consulting with various departments and stakeholders and securing their support, develop the software product and platform requirements.
  •  Work closely with the technology team as you create, test, and deliver the defined capabilities and swiftly iterate new strategies.
  •  Make sure the proper tracking and reporting are in place to track performance after launch in order to evaluate future investment.
  •  Enable analytics to assist in guiding decisions. Analyze ROI and offer suggestions for roadmap optimization.
  •  Find out the risks, challenges, opportunities, and needs for business integration.
  •  Look for opportunities to modernize the current products and procedures.
  •  Conduct demos and launch announcements with key stakeholders to show success and metrics of improvement.
  •  Promote, support, and apply agile principles.

 The minimum requirements are.
  •  requires a college degree or the equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
