In the Disputes section, you will review and process requests from our cardholders. You must communicate with our customers carefully and ask for the necessary proof to excuse wrong transactions. You will also be expected to answer incoming and outgoing calls from our cardholders from time to time. If the client
want to start a dispute, most communication will be via email.
