The incumbent of the position will be in charge of developing, maintaining, and carrying out insider threat investigations as necessary.

 Essential responsibilities of the job.
  •  The Personnel Security Analyst’s duties include the following.
  •  Processing applications for security vetting of personnel, providing updates, and ensuring the accuracy of records.
  •  daily management of internal systems to ensure that users are trained, accounts are managed, and records are kept current.
  •  Make sure security screening practices follow any applicable regulations.
  •  aid in the development of security awareness and training, as well as the evaluation of the security culture in the environment.
  •  Participate in the development of new guidelines and documentation to help optimize and continually improve the services provided by personnel security.
  •  Provide knowledge and direction on personnel security to business stakeholders.
