As a member of our IT Services Organization, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to that goal by helping internal staff members.

Technically based on-site, this position supports internal workers. Practical knowledge is necessary to support PC hardware, software, and internal tools for staff members. A company’s internal ticketing system must be used to communicate with customers. Maintain the IT asset inventory and prepare hardware for new hires.

supporting Windows, Macintosh, or Linux operating systems for at least a year.
understanding of various on-site support methods.
effortlessly supporting the Microsoft Office productivity suites (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
knowledge of the customer service ticketing systems.
familiarity with computer imaging.
understanding of hardware (client/server, network hardware) troubleshooting.
language proficiency in English.

comprehension of basic network troubleshooting.
understanding of the fundamental concepts underlying information systems security.
an understanding of how to deliver IT support in medium- to large-sized businesses.
a demonstrated capacity for learning and utilizing new skills.
being able to identify issues and preventatively solve them.
