Location: DSA1 South Wales Distribution Center, Unit 2A, Kenfig, SA18 2PE, United Kingdom.

The pay rate is £11 point forty.

7:00 a. m. to 10:00 p. m. every day from Wednesday to Saturday.

Permanent contract.

As a Delivery Station Liaison, you will be able to provide outstanding customer service because you will be working right inside the center of Amazon’s Kenfig delivery facility. It will be your responsibility to assist clients who have had deliveries fail and require a prompt second attempt in addition to proactively addressing delivery issues to reduce client effort.

 What are your duties as the Delivery Station Liaison?.
  •  As soon as a client complains, you should contact them by phone and email to find out more about the problem and gather the information needed to help the client receive their package.
  •  Consider the needs of the customer, give them top priority, and communicate with important stakeholders when resolving customer issues.
  •  We act as a liaison between our customers and the outside delivery service partners to ascertain potential causes, address problems, and, if necessary, arrange a redelivery.
  •  To help our customers receive the best results, establish contacts and regularly communicate with the Amazon Logistics team at the station.
  •  Establish reasonable expectations, respect customers, and resolve conflicts.
  •  Approach problems logically and with good judgment for the benefit of the customer.
  •  Make prompt and informed decisions on the client’s behalf.
  •  Work a full-time shift-based schedule (more than forty hours per week).
  •  Monitor customer deliveries in real-time for successful delivery.

 What formal education and training are necessary?.

  •  understanding of the Windows operating system and Microsoft Outlook.
  •  being familiar with the various browsers, tabs, window navigation, and instant messaging tools.
  •  the need for a job in customer service or prior knowledge.
  •  the ability to effectively schedule work time to ensure effectiveness.
  •  with a “A” level or better, preferably.
