As An AWS Customer Success Representative, You Will Interact With US Government (USG) And Business Clients, Offering Training, Support, And Analysis. You Will Collaborate With The Other AWS Enterprise Team Members, Such As The Sales And Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers (Tams), And Other Members Of Sales. You Will Be The Subject Matter Experts On Matters Relating To Enterprise Accounts And Billing. You’ll Proactively Work With Clients To Prevent Problems.
