Full Job Description
- As a Senior Development Engineer or Full Stack Developer, you will interact with key stakeholders and apply your technical knowledge during various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, such as requirements elicitation, design, and development. For the project to be completed successfully, your communication with the client will be essential. Along with helping the team produce high-quality code deliverables for a module, you’ll also lead validation for all types of testing and help with implementation, transition, and warranty-related tasks. - The tasks associated with designing, developing, and constructing the code for software releases for the First Health business systems fall under the purview of the Senior Development Engineer. You need to be highly skilled in technical, functional, and interpersonal areas to be successful in this position. The current suite of systems includes many applications, including but not limited to the Tier 1 systems for the First Health business. The senior development engineer will collaborate with product management and the development manager. We collaborate with business owners, architects, quality assurance/testing, developers, and project managers to incorporate business change and innovation into our .NET-based business applications software. The Sr Development Engineer will take part in all stages of a product’s development life cycle and must be able to deliver an effective solution as well as identify and effectively address any risks to the product before putting it into production. The individual will be essential in working with clients and collaborating with the project lead to ensure the project is successfully completed. The standard salary range for this position is:.
- minimum 115,000.
- 230,000 at most.
- This pay range reflects the base full-time annual salary or base hourly rate for all positions in the job grade for which this position is categorized. The actual base salary offer will depend on a number of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant elements. This position is also qualified for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range previously mentioned.

Obligatory requirements.
- At least 8 years of experience working in the IT sector.
- 8+ years of .NET experience and ASP knowledge. MVC, Webforms, C or VB, and .NET. NET.
- Eight years or more of experience in software development, design, and requirement analysis.
- For projects that were carried out utilizing the Agile, Waterfall, or SAFe methodologies, five or more years of development experience.
- Exhibited technical subject matter expert (SME) proficiency in converting business requirements into software solutions.
- 3+ years of experience with proficiency in .NET, good knowledge of its ecosystems, proficiency in object-oriented programming, familiarity with a variety of design and architectural patterns, concurrency patterns, and reusable libraries.
- Experience working with Web API, Entity Framework, and DI for at least three years.
- 3+ years of experience working with XML and JSON.
- At least three years of experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor.
- Visual Studio, .NET, TFS, and PL/SQL development expertise is required.
- Understanding REST, XML, and JSON API design patterns is essential.
- MCP, MCDBA, MCAD, and MCSD certifications are advantageous.
- A history of writing high-quality, scalable, and performant code.

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical area is required, or equivalent work experience.
