  • The Corporate Events Analyst position is a part of the Enterprise Corporate Events team, which is a division of the Marketing division. For our clients and business partners, we strive to create and implement cutting-edge brand experiences that inspire growth, customer loyalty, and overall corporate goals and objectives. This individual will be in charge of setting up events like conferences, trade shows, and sponsorships within the Center of Excellence.
  •  This individual will regularly work with significant business stakeholders, under general supervision, to develop and implement cutting-edge programs and results-driven initiatives for the corporate events sector, with a focus on delivering best-in-class events that enhance our brand and have an impact on our constituents and the industry.
  •  This person will use their work to enhance organizational growth and visibility while making sure that our teams’ services are uniform across all projects.
 Description of the position.
  • Assists in the organization, coordination, and management of offline and online gatherings, trade shows, and sponsorships that further the aims and objectives of internal business partners.

  • Regularly updates team members, stakeholders, and other parties on project status, goals, and updates so that effective event strategies can be developed.
  • Helps with all show and event budgets, and uses Cvent, the business’s software management system, to manage and track all events.
  • Based on the program format and budget, finds opportunities to source original event options, activations, off-site locations, and entertainment.
  • Delivers the highest level of customer service and produces successful event outcomes while collaborating with a variety of internal business partners.
  • Works together with internal business partners and teams to establish appropriate event strategies and project plans, ensuring clear communication of objectives, timelines, budget, project status, and expectations while regularly providing updates.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams from the legal, IT, HR, and marketing to facilitate meeting needs and various components.
  • Collaborate with procurement on legal contracts, SOWs, and LOAs.
 Pay Scale.

The typical pay scale for this position is:.

  •  40,560 is the bare minimum.
  •  83,400 maximum.
  •  The base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade under which this position is classified is represented by this pay range. The actual base pay offer will be based on a number of variables, such as experience, education, geography, and other pertinent variables. In addition to the base pay range mentioned above, this position is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
