Experience building roadmaps with clients to drive solution adoption and business value
Experience supporting enterprise customers with IaaS, PaaS or SaaS

You will work with clients to develop strategies that align their business needs with successful enablers (e.g., planning, programming, change management, and technology) designed to reduce downtime useful for Google solutions. You will act as a solution architect, adjust strategy and identify/deploy accelerators as part of the overall customer transformation strategy.

Work:

Collaborate with account teams and customer-facing executives to develop strategic and technical initiatives that help customers achieve their business goals.
Guide customer managers through the changes required to unlock the full benefits of Google Workspace, providing guidance to help design the best development and adoption strategies to maximize business value. Work with clients to identify successful projects that will increase their time to profit and develop a plan to implement those projects, including tracking goals, actors, milestones , risks, and metrics.
Serves as a subject matter expert on digital innovation and collaboration, providing clients with executive and professional level insights. Successfully onboard the adoption of Google productivity and integration solutions for the account portfolio, with a focus on Google Workspace.
