The Auditing, Insights, and Compliance program (AIC) audits contacts and collects feedback in order to produce data that measures policy compliance of critical contacts (defined as on-road incidents, health-related issues, or escalations), as well as the actions associates take to ensure delivery success. At our four locations and in markets linked to the SDS Network globally, more than 60 auditors are employed by us.

As part of Amazon’s mission to be the most customer-centric company, we are looking for the right person to help us further improve the procedures and the experience for customers, drivers, and associates. There is currently an opening for an EMEA (FR, DE, AE) language speaker on the AIC Team, which is virtually based in the UK.
The position calls for a candidate with the ability to generate and examine data on network quality with the goal of identifying both positive and negative trends and recommending fixes and advancements for the SDS network to use.
In accordance with established regulatory procedures that ensure compliance, confidentiality, and security, you will virtually perform your work from your home in the UK using remote access.

Tasks/Responsibilities.

As a CS Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for:.

reaching your weekly contact quota for auditing contacts.
submitting driver and customer complaints to the appropriate back-end departments.
taking part in group and team calibration across the network.
generating weekly reports on information regarding network performance.
Analyze audit findings and implement necessary corrective actions, such as developing new SOPs or updating current ones.
Audit calls and more closely examine the data to confirm or disprove a theory.
controlling small teams of auditors while dealing with the demands of ad hoc projects with tight deadlines.
Assess progress and keep an eye on the effects of the changes made.

COMPONENTS THAT ARE A MUST.

English language communication skills at the B2 level, both written and verbal.
an awareness of the Driver and Recipient Support SOPs and where to find them.
having knowledge of manipulating data using programs like Excel or Access.
Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Chosen credentials.

a fundamental knowledge of SQL query writing.
knowledge of quality tests, inspections, and audits.
knowledge of implementing corrective action plans in practice.
B2 proficiency in at least one other language, such as Arabic, Japanese, German, or Spanish.
