Responsibilities of a job.

In a technical on-site capacity, this position supports internal workers. Supporting PC hardware, software, and internal tools for staff members requires practical experience. An internal ticketing system must be used to communicate with customers. Maintain the IT asset inventory and prepare hardware for new hires.

REQUIREMENTS IN GENERAL.

providing at least a year’s worth of operating system support for Windows, Mac, or Linux.
having various forms of on-site support available.
Outlook, Word, and Excel have strong support.
a working knowledge of ticket systems for customer service inquiries.
expertise in PC imaging.
understanding of hardware (client/server, network hardware) troubleshooting.
well-versed in English.

FAVORABLE QUALITIES.

a working knowledge of simple network troubleshooting.
understanding of the fundamental concepts involved in information systems security.
IT support experience of a medium-to-large sized company.
the ability to learn and use new skills with ease.
recognizing issues early enough to take preventative action.
