DESCRIPTION:

In order to deliver incremental and sustainable growth in user contribution, traffic, and revenue, the Business Operations and Strategy team is in charge of identifying potential improvement areas and guiding the strategy underlying those operational changes. You will work cross-functionally as an analyst with various departments of our company to support these initiatives. In addition to assisting in the creation of the incentive compensation plan for business owners, we work with our sales team to develop new products and price points to offer to them. Together with our marketing team, we create strategies to identify novel, successful methods for attracting new customers. To develop novel strategies for promoting participation (e. g. submitted by Yelp users (reviews and pictures). We collaborate to deliver the analysis required by our product teams, assisting them in selecting the most crucial product priorities.
