We are looking for a Digital Merchandising Manager with proven team leadership experience to lead our Product Description Optimization team within Packet Centralized Services.
You will support the team with daily tasks, helping them plan their workload and output in agreement with predetermined SLAs, analyzing the impact of their optimization work, and delivering overall team KPIs and objectives.
As a Digital Merchandising Manager, you will actively be encouraging a team ethos of learning, collaboration and feedback.
Experience of leading a team in this manner (ideally within a digital marketing or publishing context) and delivering vision and purpose is required.
You will join an experienced and capable team who are responsible for the optimization of product descriptions (‘product information’), keyword optimization (SEO), and the creation of Amazon A+ marketing content to improve title sales and conversion rate on Amazon and other key channels.
The team will need your guidance and delegation skills to ensure they can deliver objectives and KPIs.
You’ll work closely with key stakeholders in Mumbai and the UK, reporting on performance and team output in line with SLAs, and escalating any issues for swift resolution.
Responsibilities for 12th Pass Jobs in Mumbai For Fresher:
- Day-to-day remote management of a small team of product description copywriters and marketing content copyeditors
- Ensure the team understands and can priorities their workload according to deadlines, working across multiple publishing teams within Packet.

- Oversee consistent team output in relation to product description optimization (pre-announcement and pre-publication), social media and Amazon post creation, keyword optimization of titles and articles (SEO), and other proofreading and marketing copywriting requirements.
- Support the teams in delivering the KPIs outlined below.
- Work closely with the Sales & Distribution Manager & Content Distribution Team, regularly reporting performance and escalating any issues.
- Keep up to date with Amazon new releases or platform changes, and ensure the team are ahead of or well prepared for these changes
- Review team performance consistently, including quality and quantity of output, and highlight any areas for improvement in processes and role responsibilities.
- Work with the Sales & Distribution Manager to create a team ethos that shares digital merchandising and marketing best practices, celebrates excellent quality of work, provides timely output for Business Units across Packet, and materially contributes to the success of a title’s sales performance
Educational Qualification:
