•  This position is located within the Contact Center Planning, Reporting and Operations Team within the Customer Division.
•  in charge of providing data and analytics support to one or more AA contact centers.

 You’re going to act.

•  supports the strategic direction of the Contact Center and Customer Experience Planning organization through the measurement and analysis of key performance metrics.
•  carries out in-depth quantitative analysis to find insights, guide tool development, and support policy decision-making on a range of contact center-related topics.
•  creates standard reports and provides support for high-value analyses aimed at better understanding our clients and policies to improve overall client satisfaction and bottom-line revenue.
•  leads highly visible projects involving multiple departments and takes part in the creation of a company-wide analytics plan.
•  serves as the main point of contact for data requests, metadata requests, and statistical analyses. It also takes ownership of at least one contact center, customer experience, or service recovery data subject area.
•  develops new data sources and oversees database improvements while serving as a liaison between the Contact Center Planning team and the Data Engineering, Automation, and Analytics organization.
•  collaborates with business partners to define KPIs and data sources for recently developed policies and products.

The absolute minimum requirements are education and work experience.

•  a bachelor’s degree in business analytics, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a closely related technical field; or equivalent experience/training.
•  in the industry for three years.
•  2 years of experience extracting, analyzing, and manipulating data from relational databases.
•  knowledge of methods and programs for data extraction (SQL, SAS, Access, etc. ).
•  internal data warehouse knowledge (e. g. Utilize Mosaic to extract, examine, and report data.

 Education and previous work experience are preferred qualifications.

•  master’s degree.
•  having experience with either Tableau or PowerBI for data visualization.
•  Microsoft Azure and Databricks knowledge.
•  understanding of related development environments (e. g. g. both Jupyter and Spyder.
•  Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst, for instance.
•  Analytical Professional with an INFORMS certification.

 Certificates, Licenses, and Certifications.

•  Excellent project management skills, including knowledge of cross-departmental project management.
•  possess expert knowledge of Tableau/Power BI and Microsoft Excel. Excel, Access, and PowerPoint are just a few of the Microsoft Office programs that you should be proficient with.
•  they know how to write SQL queries in at least one SQL dialect (e. g. SQL databases like MSSQL and MySQL are used. ).
•  Excellent problem-solving abilities, including the ability to logically arrange a suitable analytical framework.
•  Excellent teamwork and leadership skills as well as the capacity to function well under a variety of conditions.
