We are reviewing security and compliance for our Jefferson, OR location. Leadership roles

Safety Program: Provides technical support to all managers and supervisors responsible for implementing and maintaining a safe workplace in their work area.

Safety Committee: Ensures that the company’s safety and health committee operates in accordance with national occupational safety and health regulations. Risk Assessment and Remediation: Conduct a quarterly assessment to identify and evaluate workplace hazards in accordance with our company’s safety procedures. Identify risks and recommend solutions and ways to prevent them from happening again. Emergency investigation: In the event of work-related injury and/or loss of company equipment, conduct an investigation to write a report describing the incident and advice on what to do next.

Employee training and record keeping: Planning and/or conducting employee safety training. Set up a follow-up process after all training is completed on time.

Certification to Train: Maintain certification to train operators on forklifts, tractors and ATVs, pesticide management and first aid/CPR. Technical Support: Communicate regularly with federal and state health and safety management and monitor organizational changes as they occur to maintain and improve technology.

Company’s prescribed health safety rules and procedures: properly implement IIPP, lockout/tagout, equipment, breathing, and other safety programs on a regular basis so that all farms remain in compliance with government regulations. Required Documents: Prepare and coordinate the distribution of required letters to the state and federal governments.

Safety Liaison: Works collaboratively while serving as a bridge between employees and supervisors to promote a positive safety culture in the company. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to business leaders, managers, and all departmental members, as necessary, in the area of ​​employee safety and compliance.

Support Program: Provides technical support to all managers and supervisors responsible for implementing and maintaining sustainable practices for the farm and makes customer complaints permanent.
