Job Description

The corporate FPandA team at Netflix is in charge of overall financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. The highly analytical approach we use to manage the business and the Corporate FP give us a significant competitive advantage. The Corporate FP is heavily reliant on senior management.

Supporting the expense side of P will be this Associate’s primary responsibility. A commitment to action, exceptional partnership and communication skills, and the ability to strike a balance between moving quickly and getting the details right are all qualities of successful candidates. The manager of Corporate SP is the person who oversees the position.

  •  Must be an independent thinker with the self-discipline to work well alone while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  •  A strong track record of defining, carrying out, and coordinating analyses as well as clearly and succinctly communicating findings will be necessary for the position.
  •  Possess the highest levels of integrity and ethics both personally and professionally, and have the ability to deal with ambiguity and conflicting goals in a fast-paced environment.
  •  It is expected that you will be a master of Microsoft Excel; having some familiarity with statistical and analysis software is a plus. Knowledge of Essbase, Tableau, and Anaplan is a plus.
  •  Planning your finances and having experience with accounting concepts are plusses.
