How can you make an impact on this project?

Manage demand using credit systems and customer service
Conduct performance analysis, using all available data types, including cardholder payment history, spending and payment behavior and financial information. Review and evaluate the quality and credit reports of cardholders and customers to consider controlling/limiting spending or canceling accounts.
Able to handle customer inquiries or disputes with reference card members, inquiries and follow up on necessary tasks. Liaise with ACT, GCP, CFN, CEN and TMC to ensure customer requirements are met.
Ensure that processes are in place to support prioritization and timely decision making. Ensure timely delivery of quality customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in credit analysis or related field. Bachelor of Business i.e. Business Administration, Economics.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to cope with high pressure due to workload.
Strong customer orientation and proven problem solving skills. Good written law in English.
Cross-functional group projects: GCP, Travel, Global Services, DP. Must be able to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Can be used on a PC; Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Hard work, team spirit
