Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous assistance to passengers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance.
Navigate and utilize internal systems and resources to effectively respond to passenger requests.
Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations to provide accurate information to passengers.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex passenger issues, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance passenger satisfaction and offer personalized solutions.

Qualifications:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
