Job Description
We are looking to add an exceptional member to their team of virtual assistants and intake coordinators. The ideal candidate will be in school for counseling, psychology or social work and/or have experience in medical or behavioral health settings. Part time work, flexible hours – create your own schedule to work around your classes and social life.

Responsibilities:

Answer telephone, relay messages, and provide information when necessary

Respond to emails from potential clients

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Create electronic charts for new patients

Navigate our easy-to-use EHR/EMR called Simple Practice (prior experience is highly preferred)

Maintain administrative spreadsheets

Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and other confidentiality regulations

Attend staff meetings, as needed

Collaborate and communicate with therapists, other admin staff, and owners

Perform other related duties & responsibilities as assigned

Additional Qualifications:

Must be able to work independently and efficiently, as well as part of a team Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must have working knowledge of Google Workspace

The ability to easily learn our behavioral health EHR called Simple Practice

Flexibility to handle multiple tasks each day

Ability to manage confidential information with sensitivity and discretion (in a HIPAA-compliant way)
