Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality virtual patient care, support, and education.
- Assist with assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care remotely.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Utilize digital platforms to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare standards.
Requirements:
- Active and valid US Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Proven experience in patient care, with a focus on telemedicine or virtual care (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and technology platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and integrity.
