Staff, Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Utilize agile methodologies to manage project execution and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead project retrospectives and implement lessons learned to improve future project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a large, complex organization.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

Experience

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
• Experience working in a large, fast-paced, and dynamic organization, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale technical programs.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours with flexibility to meet project deadlines.
• Occasional travel may be required.
