At least 1 year of experience as a Soft Skills Maestro, with a track record of leaving a trail of awe-inspiring transformations.

Ability to shape-shift your training content to match the unique styles of our diverse learners.
Comfortable with remote magic-making and ready for part-time wizardry.
Proficient in wielding virtual communication tools for delivering enchanting training sessions.
In-depth knowledge of soft skills development techniques and methodologies – your spells work, and there’s proof!
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills – your charisma is your secret weapon.
Proficient in creating spellbinding training materials and resources.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively – you’re the master of your own magical realm.
